This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use Cash
(“the App”), a business simulation game. By using the App, you agree to this
policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Note: The App may be used offline with progress stored on your device. Optional
features (such as an account or cloud sync, if enabled) may send limited data as

publishing.

1. Who we are

The App is operated by Indigenous Tech (“we,” “us”). Contact details appear at

2. Information the App may process

Depending on how you use the App, the following may apply:
• Local game data. Progress (e.g. money, businesses, settings) may be stored
on your device using the operating system’s secure storage (e.g. local
database or key–value storage). This data stays on your device unless you use
sync or backup features.
• Account data (optional). If you create an account, we may process your email
address, username, and authentication credentials (e.g. password handled via
our authentication provider). We do not intend to use your email for marketing
unless you opt in.
• Gameplay and sync. If the App connects to our servers, we may store
game-related fields needed to save your progress (e.g. currency, level, owned
items) associated with your account.
• Device and technical data. Our hosting and analytics partners (if any) may
automatically collect limited technical information such as device type, OS
version, and approximate region, as typical for mobile apps.

3. Advertising

The App may display advertisements provided by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) or
similar networks. Those providers may use cookies or advertising identifiers to
measure delivery and fight fraud, subject to their own policies:

Where available on your device, you may limit ad personalization in system
settings (e.g. Apple “Limit Ad Tracking” / Google “Opt out of Ads

4. How we use information

We use the information above to:
• Provide, maintain, and improve the App and game features;
• Authenticate you and sync progress if you use an account;
• Show ads where applicable;
• Protect against abuse, fraud, or technical issues;

Where required by law, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the
App), legitimate interests (security, improvement), consent (where we ask for

We may share data with service providers who help us run the App (e.g. hosting,

We keep account and server-side data only as long as needed to provide the
service or as required by law. Local data on your device remains until you
delete the App or clear app data.

region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you

export your data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise
